Our goal is to deliver your appraisal as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Our turn around time for residential appraisals is two business days from the inspection date, barring any unusual circumstances.
Our appraisals can be delivered via email in PDF format. A hard-copy can be delivered
overnight for an additional $25.00 fee. We also utilize Mercury, Appraisal Port, and Lighthouse for report delivery by
lender request. We accept major credit cards, money orders, and cashiers checks.
All appraisal fees are due on or before the time of inspection.
